Practice Drive Train Chassis
During this 2025 offseason, we designed a new chassis to use as a training bot for prototyping and playing defense against future competition bots. We made the switch to Kraken motors, completely moving us to CTRE for bot motors. Keeping with the water theme for our robot names, this "nemesis" bot is lovingly called Moby Dick!
We use Onshape to do all of our CAD modelling. We moved to it in the 2025 season, and it allowed a great deal of flexibility, since it acts similarly to Google Docs. Multiple people can edit designs at the same time, and it also keeps a detailed versioning system. Use the links below to access the entire CAD project or drill into specific components. If you right-click the tabs at the bottom, you can export to any format supported by your CAD software.

At the bottom of our Onshape projects, you can right click on any of the tabs and click Export...
This will allow you to download a component or assembly in a format compatible with your CAD software.
Make a Copy
Make a Copy
If you are an Onshape user, you can make a copy of our project documents. At the top of your Onshape window, you will see a message with a button that lets you create a copy.
